What I do

Many sources offer quick fixes for feeling better during perimenopause and menopause, but lasting change doesn’t happen overnight. It requires a deep dive into our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being to get to the root cause of why we're not feeling great. 

That’s where my role comes in as a Life and Health/Wellness Coach. I’ll support you every step of the way on your health and wellness journey. The ultimate goal is to create a stronger you in every aspect of your life. I promise you can feel better than ever at this stage of life. 

While every woman’s journey is unique, there are some foundational principles we can apply right away that will positively impact your health and well-being whilst you’re navigating this transition. Once we’ve discussed and implemented these strategies, we will then explore other lifestyle changes and health options together. This is all very individualised but could include different wellness practices, medical tests and/or visits to other medical/health professionals.  As we introduce new approaches, we’ll continually evaluate what is working for you and what isn't working.

The ultimate goal is to create a stronger you. I promise you can feel better than ever at this stage of life.
